Guest admission for the Dior Holiday Café is only for ages thirteen (13) & above.

Bookings for the Dior Holiday Café are subject to availability.

All entries to Dior Holiday Café are prioritized for guests with confirmed booking. Entry of walk-ins to the Dior Holiday Café are subject to availability.

Each booking entitles guests to a maximum dining duration of forty-five (45) minutes only.

Guest must present a valid QR code located within e-ticket upon registration at Dior Holiday Café.

Dior Holiday Café e-ticket is valid for one-time entry and is non-transferable.

Guests are encouraged to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your booking time.

The table reserved at Dior Holiday Café will be held for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes.

The RM50 deposit made upon booking is non-transferable and fully redeemable at the Dior Holiday Café. Any unused balance of the deposit will not be refunded or exchangeable for cash.

Any modifications to the booking (such as date, time, or number of guest) can made one (1) time through the booking website.

In the event of booking cancelation, guest can request for a refund of deposit. To be eligible for the refund, the refund must be requested twenty-four (24) hours before the booking slot.

The deposit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the booking slot or in the event of a no-show or if the arrival is after fifteen (15) minutes of booking slot.
