The Dior The Balls of Dreams is open to public from 20th November 2024 to 1st January 2025. Opening hours are from 10:00am – 10:00pm. The Dior Holiday Café opening hours are from 10:30am – 9:30pm.

The Dior Ball of Dreams pop-up is open to public, no bookings are required. Bookings are only required for Dior Holiday Café.

Each person can make one (1) booking at a time.

For admission of more than 2 pax, you are required to make another booking.

A deposit of RM50 is required to secure your booking, which is deductible from your total bill at the Dior Holiday Café. The deposit is non-transferable, and any unused balance will not be refunded or exchangeable for cash.

The deposit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the booking slot or in the event of a no-show or if the arrival is after fifteen (15) minutes of booking slot.

The dining duration is 45 minutes from the starting time of your booking slot.

Yes, you may explore the Dior Holiday pop-up featuring exclusive product offerings after your Dior Holiday Café experience.

Yes, you may reschedule your booking. Date/time subject to availability.

Walk-ins to the Dior Holiday Café are subject to availability. To secure a seat, it is recommended to make a booking prior as seats are limited and all entries are prioritized for guests with confirmed booking. Terms & conditions apply.
