In the event of booking cancellation, guest can request for a refund of deposit. To be eligible for the refund, the Refund must be requested twenty-four (24) hours before the booking slot.
The deposit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the booking slot or in the event of a no-show or if the arrival is after fifteen (15) minutes of booking slot.
You may cancel your booking and request for a refund by following the steps below:
Step 1: Search for the Booking Confirmation email from Dior Holiday Café and click ‘request for a refund or reschedule your booking’ and it will link you to the landing page.
Step 2: Click ‘Manage Booking’, key in your Booking ID and Email, then click ‘Search’.
Step 3: Once your booking is shown, click ‘Refund’ or ‘Cancel Booking‘.
Step 4 (if you have paid for deposit): Fill in your refund details and submit, your refund will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The refund will be reflected in your bank account within 30 working days.
Booking Reschedule
You may reschedule your booking by following the steps below:
Step 1: Search for the Booking Confirmation email from Dior Holiday Café and click ‘request for a refund or reschedule your booking’ and it will link you to the landing page.
Step 2: Click ‘Manage Booking’, key in your Booking ID and Email, then click ‘Search’.
Step 3: Once your booking is shown, click ‘Reschedule Your Booking‘.
Step 2: Click ‘Manage Booking’, then you will be able to choose a new time slot subject to availability.
Step 3: Once you clicked ‘Submit’, you will be able to see your new ticket and the rescheduled confirmation receipt will send to your email address.
*Rescheduling of booking is limited to one (1) time per booking only
